In Memoriam

Those who have called Parkwyn Village their home are remembered.
In 2018, the Parkwyn Village Association designated one of the neighborhood's common area parks as a Memorial Park.
In 2019, the park was dedicated and named after renowned architect, photographer and former Parkwyn resident, Norman F. Carver, Jr.

As part of the celebration of Parkwyn’s 75th anniversary in 2022, donations were received in memory or honor
of several individuals and families that have built and sustained Parkwyn Village. Those donations helped fund various improvements to the Park.

Parkwyn Village Association gratefully acknowledges the generosity of the following individuals who contributed to that effort:

Trees have been planted in memory of several individuals.

We also honor the families that were the first owners or residents of property in Parkwyn Village.
Some now live in other parts of the city, or country; others have passed on -
but they were among those who helped make this planned community possible.
